Conveyance of Mails. SEALED TENDERS will be reoeived at this office until SATURDAY, the 20th Mat, 1865, at 4 o'clock p.m., from persons desirous of CONTRACTING for the following MAIL SERVICE for the period of SIX MONTHS from Ist July next, WEEKLY, 1 . Between -Napier and Waipawa, in a two or four wheoled vehicle, drawn fay not less than two horses. Lookers for the mail bags to be water-tight and roomy. To start from the Chief Post Offioo, Napier, on TUESDAY, 4th Jtjlt, at 7 o'olodk a.m. and on every sucoeeding Tuesday at the same hour, and to arrive at Waipawa at 4 p.m, of the same day. The Contractor to be bound in a penalty that wiil enable the Chief Postmaster, at any time that the Contractor may fail in oarrying out his Contract, to employ a substitute j and that he is to Receive, Convey, and Deliver, as addressed, all such mails as may, be. delivered to him by any Postmaster at any.
