The Lady Bird left Wellington at 8 p.m., on Friday, having been detained till that hour though the difficulty of landing oargo and coaling, in the heavy rain that fell during the day. She anchored in the roadstead at half-past 10 on the night of Saturday and steamed for Auckland at noon on" Sunday. The Egmont, steamer, due from the south on Thursday next, will Bolve the mystery of the English Telegrams, elsewhere alluded to.
