The COTSWOLD are got by an imported Ram, for the clip of which the owner was awarded a Medal at the Great Exhibition of 1862. He weighed when shorn 220 lbs. and clipped 14 lbs. of wool. The yearlings now offered clipped 9 lbs, each this season. The LEICESTERB are got by an imported pure bred Ram, one of the finest in the Otago Province. He weighed when shorn a month ago 214 lbs. Breeders of sheep desirous of obtaining any of the above valuable animals had better apply at once, as from the brisk demand there is for this class of Sheep, the greater part of them may be sold privately before the auction.
