The Ferry Punt will be kept in constant repair by the Provincial Government. The Ferryman will be required to belinattendance from Sunrise to Sunset throughout the year, and will he authorised to collect tolls according to the present scale, viz. : — Bullock drays, each way 29. 6d. 2 or 3 horse do. *' Is. 6d. 1 horse dray or cart " Is. Free Parties tendering must state the rent they are willing to pay for the Ferry Houße and Punt, and must name two responsible persons as Sureties, who will be prepared to enter intjp a joint bond for £200 for the due performance of the duties required, and for the delivery of the Ferry House and Punt at the end of the term.
