Stokes' freehold land ; South — By Waipawa ; West — By Native Reserve at Tikokino, and line A. This Block is surveyed, and divided into Sections of from 40 to 160 acres each, as shewn on the Government Map of that District — according to which selections must he made — although Sections above 40 acres in extent may be subdivided at . the request of purchasers, and by consent of Commissioner of Crown Lands. OKAWA BLOCK. Estimated Area — 10,577 Acres, including Agricultural and Non-Agricultural Land. BOUNDARIES : — Commencing at the Lake called Ore-ore, and following the Eastern branch to the end ; from thence to a point on the shoulder of the hill called Ngamahanga; which line bears by compass 356 ° 36', from thence to a point at the foot of a ridge of hills near the bank of the Tutaekuri river, and thence to the Tutaekuri. The boundary then follows the course of the Tutaekuri upwards, to the mouth of a creek which rises near the head of Mangatarata, and up said creek to a point near its source ; it then strikes across to the Mangatarata, and down that stream to its junction with the Okawa River, and down the Okawa to the Ore-ore Lake. This Block has been surveyed, and is .divided into Sections of from 80 to 320 acres each, as shewn on the Government Map of that District, which shows the portions fit for Agriculture as well as those not fit for Agriculture. Selections must be made in general according to the Plan, although subdivisions may be made of not less than 40 acres at the request of purchasers and by consent of the Commis,sjpier of Crown Lands. / (Signed) H.«.
