T THOMAS HENRY FITZGERALD -*•} Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Baj, do hereby proclaim and notify that, at noon on TUESDAY, 17th day of January, 1860, the Commissioner of Crown Lands will ofl'er to public competition, under the provisions of the Land Regulations now in force within this Province, — the Town and Suburban Sections within the Township of HAVELOCE, situate on the South Bank of the River Plassy, on the Ahuriri Plains, that are referred to in the Schedule hereunto annexed, and at the upset prices mentioned therein.
