WITH reference to a printednotice circulated by Daniel Masqtjis Mttnn, and an advertisement contained in the "Hawke's Bay Herald" of the 19th Nov. ult., to the effect that "he has paid off most of the liabilities that he assigned his property in trust for," and that the undersigned have made arrangements with him for the management of his Estate, independently of the Deed of Assignment to Messes. Stxjabt, Kinross & Co., dated the eighth day of November, 1858, we hereby certify that there is no foundation for the statements made therein ; and that Messes.
