IRON— ROUND, SQTX&BE, and Flat, at f B». Forged Iron Straps, Bolts, Nuts &c. Steel — Common and Blister Nails, from 2 in. to 7 in. Sledges, Blasting and Stone Breaker's Hammers Picks, Mattocks, Wedges Cross Cat Saws, at f foot Hand Saws, each Spokeshaves, brass fronts, each Drawknives Augers, % in. to 2 in. Axes, (Best American), Collins, each ■Saw files, at per doz. Bill hooks, Fernhooks Spades, Foster's, best quality, double strapped Best American square nosed Shovels, cast steel, each Best American round nosed Shovels, cast steel, each Wheelbarrows, Iron wheels Handbarrows, each Crow Bars " Tents, with &jb, according to sample to be seen at this office Axe, Pick and hammer handles of Manuku, Titoki or Maire A party may tender for as many of the above mentioned articles as he thinks proper, and in the event of his Tender being accepted, he -shall have to provide two Sureties to join him in a bond for the regular supply of the article or articles he may engage to furnish, It should be distinctly understood that in all cases the articles required are to be of the best quality; and should any bad or faulty tools or stores be furnished by the Contractors, no payment will be made for the same, and they will have to take tbem back from the road stations afc their own expense, and supply good ones in their place — failing which the Provincial Government may order them to be procured at the expense of the contractor, wherever they can be obtained.
