I.— That property, "being section 45, formerly the property of Mr. Villers. This will be sold in lots with roomy buildings upon each, well adapted for a Store or Temperance Family Hotel (much wanted in Napier) one of which having a good substantial brick oven, ready built, admirably adapted for the purposes of a pastry baker, who is much required here. The fact is just beginning to be known that the WEST END, after all, is the end. It is the undoubted centre from which must radiate the Auckland road and the various lines, to the interior. The time cannot be far distant when the Hyderabad road (Beach road) will form a perfectly level communication between the terminus of the main trunk lines and the "Iron Pot."
