Crown Land Office, Napier, 13th .October, 18^'. r fI^HE Undermentioned Deeds of Srant having been duly executed, will be ready for issue at the JL above office, on and after Monday the 24th October, on payment of the sum of twenty shillings: on each Grant; under the provisions of the "Fees on Crown Grants Ordinance," Session Vll,'No.' 2 In oases where it is impossible, for the party entitled to receive the Grant to attend in person to re ceive his Deed, it will be delivered to the bearer of an authority according to the subjoined form certified to by a Magistrate or Solicitor of the Supreme Court.
