T THOMAS HENRY FITZGERALD, •*■} Superintendent of the Province Of fiawke's Bay, Do Hereby Proclaim that a SALE OF CROWN LANDS will take place at the Land Office, Napier, on Wednesday, the 2nd day of November next, 1 at noon precisely, when the allotments of land specified in the schedule hereunto annexed, and which have been duly certified , by the Commissioner of Crown Lands on the application of intending purchasers as f not being worth 10s. per acre, will be put [ up to Public Auction at the upset price of ss. per acre, in accordance with the Land Regulations of the 4th March, 1853, and the Additional Regulations for the Amend- . ment and Extension of the said Regulations recommended by the Superintendent and the Council for the Province of Wel- . lington, (Session 2,) to the Governor.
