The July mail reached Auckland by the "Lord Ashley" on Monday, at nine o'clock. The "White Swan," with the Napier portion of it, steamed out at noon, and anchored in Ahuriri roadstead early on Wednesday morning — landing the mail on the 65th day from England. The "White Swan" was lying under Cape Kidnappers all yesterday, having put back in. consequence of the heavy southerly weather.
