Sept. 20— JEliezer, schooner, 56 tons, JKean, from Auckland, with 4000 feet timber, 3000 shingles, 200 posts, 30 tons firewood, 190 pckgs. sundries. Passengers, Mrs. Williams and child. — Master, agent. Sept. 21— White Swan, s. s. s. s 198 tons, W. Gh Cellum, from Auckland, with 10 tons sugar, Stuart, Kinross, & Co., 5 tons flour, T. H. FitzGerald. Passengers, Messrs T. H, FitzGerald. Edwards, Blacker, Smith, Stark, McNally, Mrs, Hyman, Messrs. Wilkinson, Galway, Bielby, Toulgin. — Stuart, Kinross, & Co. agents. SAILED. Sept. 17 — Sea Serpent, schooner, 60 tons, Jainea Campbell, for Wellington. Sept. 21 — Swan, schooner, 40 tons, Barthe, for Auckland. Sept. 22— White Swan, s. s. s., 198 tons, W. Gr. Cellum, for Wellington. Passengers, Messrs. Baxter, Newman, Blacker, Newton, Spencer, Lieut. Col. Russell, Bastion, McKier (2), McDonald, Fraser. Sept. 22 — Aquilla, cutter, 27 tons, Austen, for Auckland.
The July mail reached Auckland by the "Lord Ashley" on Monday, at nine o'clock. The "White Swan," with the Napier portion of it, steamed out at noon, and anchored in Ahuriri roadstead early on Wednesday morning — landing the mail on the 65th day from England. The "White Swan" was lying under Cape Kidnappers all yesterday, having put back in. consequence of the heavy southerly weather.
