At a sale held by Richardson & Charlton on Saturday the 18th inst., of Land, Cattle &c, the property of Mr. E. F. Harris, the following prices were realized: — Section at Clive, 7£ acros, £20; 4" subdivisions of a suburban section behind the Royal Hotel, each 17 perches, £8 10s for one and 4:5 10s each for the remainder : Li acrd of same suburban section £10 10s; Yearling colt, £15; bay mare, £32 ; bay mare in foal, £-±2 : bay gelding, £25 ; grey mare, £36 ; cow and calf, £fl Ins. ; cow and caif, £8 ; 5 steers, £23. And about 70 volumes of books fetched excellent prices.
