WHEREAS a notice was issued from this Office and published in the Hawke's Bay Herdld on the 20th November 1858, calling upon all Runholders to exercise their right of Homestead under the Land Regulations of the Province of Wellington,— AND— WHEßEAS communications have been forwarded to me by certain Runholders in pursuance thereof declaring their intention of exercising such right according to certain boundaries ; — AND WHEREAS no 'application* has been made and the money paid in due form to secure the same, — Notice is hereby given that tho Government will not recognize 'THE DECLARATION OF HOMESTEAD' unless the money be immediately paid by the Applicant.
