ASTHEREAS a notice was, issued from this OfYt fice and published in "the JETawJce's Bay Herdld on the 20th November 1858, calling upon all Runholders to exercise tljiar right of Homestead under the Land Regulations of the Province of Wellington,— AND WHEREAS communications have been forwarded to me by certain Runholders in pursuance thereof declaring their intention of exercising such right according to certain boundaries ;— AND WHEREAS no 'application* has been igade and the money paid in due form to secure the, same, — Notice is hereby given that the Government will not recognize 'THE DECLARA- ; TION OF HOMESTEAD' unless the money be immediately paid by the Applicant.
