PORT OF NAPIER.

ARRIVED,

BAILED. March 20—r-Mieser, schosner, 56 tons, Eean, for Auckland.

The 'Wonga "Wonga,' from "Wellington, was due on Thursday, and the 'White Swan,' from Auck : land, on Friday (yesterday.) Both are detained, there can be little doubt, by the stiff sou-easter of the past few days — the 'Swan 1 to the northward of the East Cape, unable with all her power to face the tremendous sea that rolls up from the southward ; and the 'Wonga' snug in Wellington harbour, with little disposition to bury herself in water by attempting to thrash to windward of Palliser. Both the steamers may be expected on the first change of weather — leaving for Wellington — pity that it should be bo — upon the one day or close upon it.
