PRELIMINARY NOTICE. HAVING observed many small capitalists come to this fast improving district, with the view of following agricultural pursuits, who have been unable to obtain land of proper quality and in a suitable situation, — I hereby intimate that, on the FIRST MARCH NEXT, I will cause to be sold by Auction, a large quantity of Fine Agricultural Land of tho best quality in the District, and situate within twenty miles of Port Napier — Hyith, even, at the present time, easy means of communication and every day improving. To suit the requirements of the rising class for whose interests this fine property is being brought into ih.& market, it will be divided into Twenty-acre Slots with the necessary road frontages.
