"WOOL SALE. JA. SMITH begs to inform the. sheep grow- • ing interest of this District that he intends holding a SALE OP WOOL by PUBLIC AUCTION on the Ist day of February, 1859. . J. A. S. is already promised about 300 bales, and as this Bale will be advertised in. the neighbouring colonies as well as New Zealand, a large attendance of buyers is expected and that good prices will be realised. TTAVING observed many small capital- _■*- ists come to this fast improving district, with the view of following agricultural pursuits, who have been unable to obtain land of proper quality and in a suitable situation, — I hereby intimate that, on the FIEST MARCH NEXT, I will cause to be sold by Auction, a large quantity of Fine Agricultural JLcmd of the best quality in the District, and situate within twenty miles of Port Napier — with, even, at the present time, easy means of communication and every day improving. To suit the requirements of the rising class for whose interests this fine property is being brought into the market, it will be divided into Twenty-acre Xiots with the necessary road frontages.
