A BOUT 1,500 acbes of freehold land, and J_\_ a sheep eun, with 5,000 sheep (more or less) depasturing thereon, situated at Lake Alice,* Rangitikei. There are erected on the Freehold Land an excellent house quite new, consisting of seven rooms ready furnished, with a store-room attached"; a large woolshcd and shearing rooms, sheep pens, men's huts, &j. Thore is also an excellent garden, and a sheep paddock close fenced, of about 100 acres, which is kid down with English grasses. On the Lake there is a canoe and every, requisite convenience for washing the sheep- .at shearing tim?. ■ „•"•.- Delivery can be given after the shearing of the Sheep is completed, which will be in all December next.
