ABBOTT and Edw.ai!D Collins, the Trustees and Executors named, in the last Will of the deceased, having renounced Probate of the said Will, Notice is hereby given that administration of the said Estate has been granted to Robeet Rodger Strano, Esq., Registrar of this Honourable Court, before whom all persons, creditors of the deceased, are, on or before the 16th September next, to come in and prove their debts at his office, at the Court House, Wellington ; or, in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said estate ; and all persons, debtors to the said estate, are required forthwith to pay their debts to the said Robert Rodger Strano.
