A BOUT 1,500 acres of tkeeuoid land, and j\_ a sheep extn, with 5,000 sheep (more or less) depasturing thereon, situated at Lake Alice, Rangitikei. There are erected on the Freehold Land an excellent house quite new, consisting of seven rooms ready furnished, with a store-room attached ; a large woolshed and shearing rooms, sheep" pens, men's huts, &c. There is also an excellent garden, and a sheep paddock close fenced, of about 100 acres, which is laid down with English grasses. On the Lake there is a canoe and every requisite convenience for washing the sheep at shearing time. Delivery can be given after the shearing of tho Sheep is completed, which will be in all December next. In the event of a sale not being effected by th© end of September next, the whole of the land* sheep run, and the sheep thereon, will be let on lease for a term of three years from the end of December next* Security will be required from the Lessee for the due care of the property.
