This Ship will afterwards proceed to Port Cooper to receive a quantity of wool engaged there, and from thence to Wellington, from which Port she will sail for London on or about the 3rd of May. The passenger accommodation (first class only) is superior to that of any ship which has yet sailed from New Zealand, and it is expected she will be the fastest ship of the season. At. the same time will be sold the RIGHT OF RUN over 1,2000 acres of good natural pasture, which are estimated to depasture 7000 Sheep. It is well bounded on two sides by water, and on the other two by a larsre Forest. The improvements consist of "a GOOD DWELLING HOUSE 22 -j- 15, and two Whares on other parts of the Run, with 3 or 4 acres under wheat and potato crops, well -enclosed. The ROAD TO AUCKLAND forms one of the boundaries and is at present undergoing extensive improvements by the General Government. Immediate possession can be given.
