TO THE ELECTORS OF THE PROVINCE OF WELLINGTON. Gentlemen, — A VACANCY in the Superintendency having taken place by the resignation of Dr. Featherston, I lose no time in redeeming my pledge of the Bth December last, by becoming a Candidate for the office.
