The Weather, during the past week has been extremely boisterous — strong breezes from S. and S. S. W., with rainy squalls. The cold has also been intense— the atmosphere indicating heavy inland falls of snow, masses of which are •visible upon the cloud-capped summits of the ranges which bound our view to the westward.
