Pkovixce of Wellington, 7 to wit. y TX7HEREAS a Writ under the hand of *'V his Honor Isaac Earle Featherston, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington,, and under the Public Seal of the said Province of Wellington, bearing date the twenty seventh day of November, One thousand eight hundred and fifty seven, hath been directed to me, Henry Robert Russell, Sheriff for the District of Hawke's Bay, requiring and commanding me to cause to be elected by the Voters duly qualified for that purpose, freely and indifferently, and in manner and form by law prescribed, a duly qualified pers-o.i to serve as Coroner for the District of Waipukurau aforesaid. Now, therefore, I Henry Robert Russel, Sheriff' of the District of Hawke's Bay, do hereby in pursuance of the said Writ give notice that a public Meeting of the Electors of the District of Waipukurau, will be holden at Aveson's Accommodation House, Waipukurau, on Tuesday the first day of December next, at noon, for the purpose of nominating a person to serve as Coroner for the District of Waipukurau, aforesaid, and in the event of a Poll being demanded by any Candidate, such Polling shall take place at the appointed Polling places within the District, on Wednesday, the second day of December, the voting to ] commence at any time after nine o'clock in the forenoon of the said day, and to close at four o'clock in the afternoon of the said day.
