Screen Come-back

Coincident -with the announcement that Charles Chaplin’s new film at last has been named ‘ ‘Modem Times,” it is reported from Hollywood that Chaplin’s former wife, Mildred Harris Chaplin, is to attempt a screen come-back after an absence of four years. Her first film will be “Star Gazing,” a comedy that will he directed by Benny Rubin. Mildred Harris has been in vaudeville since she abandoned her screen career in 1931 and in “Star Gazing” she will have a well-chosen role that also will give her scope for singing.
