SYDNEY TRUST BUILDING

TO BE OFFERED BY AUCTION. COURT FIXES RESERVE. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright}. SYDNEY, Sept. 3. The Equity Court finally dealt today with the question of the reserve on the trust building at Sydney which will be offered for auction in October. The court on August 26 had given the McArthur Trust ,of Queensland, leave to be heard on the subject. The reserve had before then been fixed by the court, but the amount had not been disclosed. iMr Justice Long-Innes, giving judgment to-day, said he was satisfied the reserve had been fixed at a proper amount and leave was given the Publie Trustee to sell the building by public auction at the court’s reserve, which is still 'not disclosed, and failing that by private treaty, subject to the same reserve.
