DEMAND FOR ELECTRICITY
EXTENSIONS TO THREE PLANTS (British Otficial Wireless.) RUGBY, Sept. 2. To meet the increasing demand for poiver supplies the Central Electricity Board has agreed to extensions and the installation of new generating plant at Liverpool, Nonvicli and Portsmouth. Together these are estimated to cost almost £1,500,000.
