Normanby
Mrs O. J. Preston, who has been holidaying in Tauranga, has returned to Normanby. Miss Shanks is spending the school vacation at Wellington and will visit her mother at Christchurch. Miss Dorothy Hopcroft has returne 1 after spending the last three months at Auckland and Hamilton. Miss C. 'Payne is spending the school vacation at Auckland. Miss Prances Linn is visiting her parents, .Mr and Mrs P. J. Linn. Mrs Scott, whose husband has been appointed to the headmastership of the Normanby School, is expected to arrive during the week. Mr and Mrs T. Taylor and family left Normanby f,or their new home at Takapau on Wednesday last. Mrs Peach, a former resident and school teacher of Normanby, arrived on Tuesday afternoon and is the guest of Miss Ivy (jane. Miss A. Hall, of Kakaramea, is the guest of Mrs Jack Lmn.
