For Australian States, Ceylon, India, China, Straits Settlements, Egypt, South Africa and Norfolk Islands, per Marama, at 5 p.m. AIR MAIL SERVICE. For Great Britain, Ireland and Europe (due London Sept. 9), Egypt, South Africa and intermediate countries served by the Australig-Singapore-England air mail service next dispatch per Marama, Wednesday. August 21, at 5 p.m. NO i ICE. Commencing from Monday, 12th inst., quarter rates for toll calls are to operate from 10 p.m., instead of 11 p.m. as at present. INCOMING OVERSEAS VESSELS.
