Being unable to pick up a satisfactory crew for the Zealamlia, the Huddart Parker Company has cancelled the vessel’s sailing lor Uobart. She will tie up indefinitely. Passengeis will travel overland to Melbourne and. thence by steamer to Tasmania. The company announced to-day that the point at issue was the right of f' owners to a free selection of men in accordance with the awn.rd On each occasion the company attempted to pick up a stokehold crew the union included a. man not desired whom the company refused to employ.
