LAID BY MR! J. A. LYONS. CEREMONY AT OTTAWA. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Oopy right) Received 12.30 p.m. to-day. OTTAWA, July 11. Mr J. A. Lyons laid a wreath made by Australian war veterans on the Altar of Remembrance in Peace Tower in Parliament buildings.
