PARLIAMENTARY SESSION
OPENS ON AUGUST 29 ELECTION MAY BE IN NOVEMBER(3y IciigraDh—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 11. It appears definite that Parliament will open on August 29 for the final session. The Ministers are confident that the programme of legislation will be completed by the -end of October, and it is expected the general election will take place either on November 28 or December 5, probably the earlier date. *
