CREATION BY ROOSEVELT APPROPRIATION OF £10,000,000 (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright). WASHINGTON, .Tunc 27. President Roosevelt created by executive order to-day a National Youth Administration with an appropriation of £10,000,000. This is to be spent in assisting 500,000 needy youths to obtain a good start in life. The foundation’s objects include finding private employment, training for industrial, technical and professional employment, assistance for continuation in high schools and colleges and work relief projects.
