YUGOSLAV CABINET (United Press Association— By Electric Telegrapb Copyright). BELGRADE, June 25. In order to pave the way for a democratic regime hr. Stojadinoviteh, a for mer Finance Minister, lias formed a Cabinet in which he will be Prime Minister and Foreign Minister. The new Prime Minister formerly studied in England. Two parties, the Slovene Clericals and Bosnian Moslems, are represented in the Cabinet for the first time since the dictatorship, which they opposed, ■their leaders suffering internment in consequence. Newspapers last evening appeared uncensored for the first time in seven years.
