District Activities

On Tuesday evening in the Alatapu Hall the fortnightly euchre party was held and there was a good attendance. Winners at cards were Airs Riley first and Airs AY. A. Guy second ; Air R. AVallaoe first and Ah- D. Simpson second. After supper dancing was enjoyed to music supplied by Miss Al. Guy, with an extra by Aliss B. Seed. Aliss Lunam, tlie Alatapu school infant mistress, is at present on sick leave and is relieved by Aliss Allen. Airs Sutherland, of Hastings Road, is an inmate of the New Plymouth hospital. Messrs AV. A. Guy, R. P. Guy, N. Gatenby and H. Thomas motored to AVellington on Tuesday.
