WITHDRAWAL FROM RELIEF
ALL MEN ON SUSTENANCE'. NOTIFICATION TO EMPLOYERS. (By Telegraph —Press Association.) ASH BURTON, To-day. Employers of relief workers iu the Ashburton district have been notified that as from June 17 all such workers will be withdrawn from the No. 5 scheme and placed on sustenance. This week 183 men are on the scheme and 133 on sustenance.
