SUPREME COURT SESSION

LIST FOR NEW PLYMOUTH. ALLEGED BREACH OF PROMISE. The quarterly session of the Supreme Court at New Plymouth will open on Monday. Five criminal cases are set down for trial, including one case where the accused is facing his third trial, the jury having disagreed, on two previous occasions.
