INVOLVED IN COLLISION SUFFERS BROKEN ARM (United Prem Association— By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) PARIS, May 5. M. Pierre Flandin, French Prime Minister, while motoring to his constituency in connection with the municipal elections, which will take place to-day, collided with another car at Auxerre, breaking his left upper arm, which was put in plaster. The arm is progressing satisfactorily. His wife, daughter and another passenger suffered superficial injuries.
