MOSCOW, May 5. Press reports state that mote than 3000 aeroplanes and 3000 tanks participated in the May Day celebrations throughout Russia. The largest estimate of Soviet ’planes hitherto was 1500. The “Sunday Times” comments that this is M. Stalin’s answer to Herr Hitler with a vengeance.
