On Wednesday evening of last neck Miss R. McNeill arranged a ping-pong competition and dance party' to swell the bine baby’s (funds. The function was held at Mrs P. O. Veale’s / residence, about 30 people' joining ;in the fun. Mrs Veale’s frock was of pastel blue /crepe -marocain, Miss McNeill’s frock being fashioned in wliite georgette. The floral decorations consisted of vase’s of flowers in warm autumn colours. . Winners of the competitions were Mrs Jones and Mr Rl‘ Gordon (ping-pong),' Miss P. Brown and Mr McDonald' (Eltham, Monte Carlo), and Mrs Allwright and Mr Snowsill.

A party in ! Baby Antoni!,s interests was arranged"by Mrs M. R. Jones and held at Mrs R. S. Allwright’s residence last Friday night. The guests were entertained with. musical items, games and impromptu speeches on humorous subjects, Mrs Allwright ret ceived the 'guests in a gowri oF black and white Crepe de clie'ne.
