ROME, March 27. Signor Valle, Under Secretary for Air, has announced that instead of the increases in the air force occupying six years as Signor Mussolini announced on May 26, 1934, the}' would be completed in three years at a cost of £21,C00,C00.
Construction has begun on a number of bombers, carrying 1£ tons of explosives, with a range of 1250 miles and a ceiling of 30,000 feet.
A squadron of super bombers is being built in 1936. They will have a speed of 275 miles an hour and a ceiling of 37,5Q0 feet.
