CITY COUNCIL GRANT OF £IOO
FUND FOR JOHNSON BABIES. PRIME MINISTER’S CONGRATULATIONS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, March 8. The Johnson quadruplets, who are still progressing well, were transferred this morning to the Karitane Hospital, where they will receive special attention for several months. Amongst many congratulatory messages received was one from Mr G. W. Forbes, Prime Minister.
Subscriptions and gifts are coming in. The City Council’s finance committee recommends a grant of £IOO.
