“HUSBAND KEEPS IT UNDER PILLOW” Kaikoura Wife’s Tribute to “Baxter’s” A member of the firm of A. and W. Baxter, Ltd., was passing through Kaikoura on holidays and while making a purchase was drawn into conversation with a man and his wife. When the name of “Baxter’s” cropped up the wife quickly remarked that she did not know what her husband would do without it, particularly with a change of weather. She explained that her husband had great difficulty with his breathing and he always had a bottle of Baxter’s Lung Preserver under his pillow. She added that.even if other members of the family required “Baxter’s” another bottle had to be purchased as father’s bottle must not be disturbed. The relief that “Baxter’s” gives in asthmatic conditions and for bronchial and chest ailments is simply remarkable. Its value has long been recognised. The palatability of “Baxter’s” and its tonic properties have helped to make “Baxter’s” popular, but the main reason for its success is the extreme efficacy in affording relief from coughs, colds, sore throats and bronchial afflictions. All chemists and stores sell “Baxter’s” in 4/6, 2/6 and 1/6 bottles.—Advt.
