TEST RUN FORBIDDEN
HIGH WINDS AT DAYTONA. COURSE FLAGS REMOVED. (United Press Association—By Electric telegraph Copyright). Received 1.30 p.m. to-day. DAYTONA BEACH, March 5. Officials forbade Sir Malcolm Campbell to make a test run on account of high winds, and also ordered the course flags to be removed after Sir Malcolm insisted on running.
