GERMAN CRUISER’S VISIT
MASS PROTEST MEETING. STEPS TO PREVENT ARRIVAL. (United Press Electric Telegraph Copyright! Deceived 2.15 p.m. to-day. VANCOUVER, March 4. Socialists and Communists and allied bodies, in a mass meeting, made a protest against the visit of the German cruiser Karlsruhe to Vancouver on March 20. A committee was named to suggest a plan for preventing the visit.
