HURRIED NORTH ISLAND TRTP STAY OF FIVE DAYS. (By Tolourapb--Pres* Association.! WELLINGTON, March 4. Lord Nuffield (formerly Sir William Morris) was an arrival by the Monowai to-day. Outside his motor interests he is interested in land development and had expressed a desire to inspect some of the Government's schemes. As his time is limited lie will only be able to make a hurried visit through the North Island. Ho will return to Sydney from Auckland on Friday. Arrangements have been made for him to visit the Galatea estate, and he will leave for Rotorua to-morrow 7 in the company of the Minister of Lands'. He was entertained at dinner at the Hotel St. George to-night. Mr. C. J. B. Norwood presided and Mr J. G. Coates and the Mayor, Mr. T. O. A. Hislop, were present. To-morrow 7 Lord .Nuffield will be the guest of members of the Cabinet at morning tea.
