AUROA DAIRY PRODUCTION
DECREASE IN MILK SUPPLY (From Our Own Correspondent.) The sudden change of weather has caused a big decrease in the milk supply and Auroa production for this season will bo about 20 per cent, below that of last year. Regret is felt throughout the district at the news of the impending departure at the end of the season of Mr and Mrs H. R. Wood and family. Among the visitors to the Auroa Show on Saturday were Mr T. Tait, of New Plymouth, who is staying with his son, Mr Roy Tait. Mr F. Mills, of Hawera, the well-known Ayrshire breeder, and Mr E. ,). Betts, Okaiawa, Holstein breeder, were also visitors to the show. Mr Harold Davidson, who lias been seriously ill,, is still receiving treatment in New Plymouth. Mrs Schwieters, who lias been visiting relatives in Hawera, lias returned home. Mr Walter Churchill, of Okato, is visiting friends in the district.
