Having retired after six years with the Royal Air Force, most of which he spent on special reserve and auxiliary work, Flying-Officer G. R. White reached Sydney by the Orontes on his return to New Zealand, where he may take up commercial aviation. states there are between 200 and 300 Australians and New Zealand airmen active in England.
