One man was killed and six. passengers injured in a- tram smash in the city this morning. One tram had jumped the points and a second car crashed into it with a terrific force. Passengers were hurled in all directions and showered bv splinters of woodwork and glass. A number of women fainted. . . The man who was killed as precipitated from his seat between the two trams. His body was frightfully mangled.
